Come join me for an unforgettable Arctic adventure in search of the Northern Lights. Our trip will begin in Fairbanks Alaska and we will spend the week driving north possibly as far as Dead Horse (the arctic ocean) following the Aurora. While not resort style lodging like most Aurora trips that stay based in a single lodge close to Fairbanks we will be based in the heart of the Brooks Range hours north of Fairbanks. While the lodging is basic, the location is world class. Each night we will search the skies and work to line up foretasted aurora with dramatic arctic landscapes hours away from city lights and other photographers. During the days we will explore the surrounding landscapes when the light is good and possibly even visit an ice cave.
